ESTES, MARY M.\ Mrs. Mary Marshall Estes, age 81, died Sunday, June 10, 1990, at Montgomery Regional Hospital. She was a native of Madison County, Va., born May 17, 1909, to the late Thelbert A. and Ora Reynolds Marshall. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Keith Estes, Sr. Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Betty Jo Estes, Blacksburg; two grandsons and granddaughters-in-law, Curtis M. and Deborah Estes, Charlotte, N.C.; J. Michael and Pam Estes, Columbia, Md.; three great-grandchildren, Mary Rachel Estes, J. Keith Estes and Jason Estes; one sister, Helen Gardner, Hughesville, Md.; one sister-in-law, Kate Estes Hoge, Blacksburg; several nieces, nephews, and many very dear friends. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, June 13, at 10:00 a.m. at Blacksburg Christian Church. The Rev. Doug Frank will officiate. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Blacksburg Christian Church, 240 Watson Ave., N.W., Blacksburg, Va., 24060, or Blacksburg Rescue Squad, 200 Progress St., N.E., Blacksburg, Va., 24060. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Hoy-McCoy Funeral Home.
