HALE, URAY C.\ Uray Conner Hale, age 81, of Roanoke County, died Wednesday, June 13, 1990. She was a former employee of American Viscose. Surviving is her husband of 55 years, Roscoe E. Hale, Roanoke County; a son, Wayne E. Hale, Oxnard, Calif.; a daughter, Barbara H. Hinchee, Roanoke County; a grandson, Kenneth E. Hale, Oxnard, Calif.; three granddaughters, Mrs. Dennis (Pamela) Gordon, Rocky Mount; Mrs. David (Donna) Vaden, Vinton; Mrs. Brian (Tammy) Cook, Rocky Mount; four great-grandsons, Derick and Dustin Vaden, Adam Gordon, Tyler Cook; two great-granddaughters, Megan Gordon and Jamie Cook; also several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Oakey's Vinton Chapel, Friday, June 15, 1990 at 3:00 p.m. with Elder Junior Conner and the Rev. Howard Foster officiating. Interment in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
