THOMAS RUNNING WELL AT PCS

Ronnie Thomas is on a roll at Pulaski County Speedway, and he will be trying to keep his streak going tonight.

Thomas will be seeking his fourth and fifth consecutive victories of the season when Pulaski County Speedway runs twin 50-lap Late Model Stock Car races in the Miller Genuine Draft/K-92 200.

The former Winston Cup Rookie of the Year has a comfortable lead over Johnny Rumley in the points standings. Both races tonight will be for NASCAR points.

Also on the schedule are 35-lap races for the Street Stocks and Modified Mini Stocks. The Mini and Pure stocks will run in 25-lap events.

Gates open at noon and practice starts at 2 p.m. Qualifying gets underway at 5 p.m., with the first race at 7 p.m. - Staff report
