G. MARSHALL MUNDY, a partner in the law firm of Mundy, Rogers & Frith, has been elected president of the Roanoke Bar Association. He is also president of the Western Virginia Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.

\ L. HOYT GRIFFITH, senior vice president of retail electronic services for Dominion Bankshares Corp., has been elected to the board of directors of Plus System Inc., an internationally shared automated teller machine network. Griffith joined Dominion in 1970 and became vice president of the retail electronic services division in 1982.

\ LAWRENCE JACKSON has been appointed president of the Virginia Division of Westmoreland Coal Co., effective July 1. He joined the company in 1979 as longwall manager and has most recently served as vice president and general manager for the Virginia Division located in Big Stone Gap.

\ Marc C. Smith has been promoted to president and chief executive officer of Crestar Mortgage Corp., a subsidiary of Crestar Bank.\ Thomas N. Hammelman has been promoted to executive vice president of card services at Crestar Bank.

\ Barbara Fultz has been promoted to vice president of Finnegan & Agee, a Richmond-based advertising and public relations agency with offices in Roanoke and Virginia Beach.
