MORE NEWS FOCUS ON CHILDREN'S ISSUES

PATRICIA Baden's article June 10 on kindergarten approaches was excellent and thought-provoking. I am delighted to see such topics explored by the newspaper.

In addition to detailed features like Baden's, please consider adding a section to the "Weekly Calendar" devoted to upcoming children's events and running a periodic column focusing on local children's issues.

These additions would be a welcome way to assist parents and enhance our valley's reputation as a wonderful place to raise a family.
