OBIT STURDIVANT, D.

Dora Lee Sexton Sturdivant, age 60, of Galax, died Wednesday in the Twin County Community Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Dewey Sturdivant; two daughters, Carol Boring and Betty Honeycutt, both of Galax; and one son, Tommy Sturdivant, Galax. Also surviving are five sisters, Eunice Cregger, Brooksville, Fla.; Ruth Freeman, Willis, Va.; Dorothy Diamond, Galax; Frances Roberts, Pfafftown, N.C.; and Joyce Reavis, Galax; one brother, Jeff Sexton, Galax; and four grandchildren. Services will be held at the Hillcrest Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m. Friday with the Rev. Jimmy Moore and the Rev. Fred Jennings officiating. Interment will follow in Monta Vista Memory Gardens.
