CHILDREN'S FAIR IS TOPIC OF MEETING

"How to Plan and Produce a Children's Fair," will be discussed at 7:30 tonight at the Fine Arts Center of the New River Valley.

Brad Boynton, who has helped create festivals in South Carolina, Florida and Richmond, will speaker.

A New River Valley children's art festival is being planned for Spring 1991 for children ages 3-12.
