BLACKSBURG FIRM TO DESIGN SCHOOLS

Mills, Oliver & Webb has been selected by the Frederick County School Board to provide architectural and engineering services for two 1,200-student high schools and a 600-student elementary school.

The Blacksburg firm's other work for Frederick County in the northern Shenandoah Valley includes designing three 600-student elementary schools and an addition to a special education facility.

Philip Pappas is the partner in charge of these projects.
