\ BLACKSBURG - Bessie Linkous Hutchinson, age 76, of Route 2, died Sunday, June 24, 1990, in Montgomery Regional Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Robert W. Hutchinson. Surviving are four sons and daughters-in-law, Anderson and Pauline Hutchinson, Leroy and Joyce Hutchinson, Elwood and Geraldine Hutchinson, all of Blacksburg; Clarence and Marianne Hutchinson, Salem; four daughters and sons-in-law, Evelyn and James Lyons Sr., Bonnie and Doug Sheppard, all of Blacksburg; Reba and Teddy Williams, Rogers; Nadine and Earl Page, Snowville; a sister, Perlie Mae Huff, Blacksburg; 27 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday from the Merrimac Pentecostal Holiness Church conducted by the Rev. Layne Board and the Rev. Jerry Sloss. Burial will be in the Belmont Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Monday at the Richardson-Horne Funeral Home, Christiansburg.
