TWO 16-YEAR-OLDS DIE IN RUSSELL CRASH

Christopher Keith Farmer and Frank Aaron Powers, of Cleveland, both 16, died at the scene, state police said.

Troopers said Farmer was rounding a curve when the car he was driving slid on the gravel road. He apparently overcorrected and ran off the left side of the road. Both youths were partially ejected from the vehicle; neither was wearing seat belts, police said.
