HABITAT HOUSE-RAISING PLANNED IN MONTGOMERY

Habitat for Humanity, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing safe and affordable housing for low-income families, is coordinating a house-raising in Montgomery County July 16-20.

Using volunteers, donated materials and "sweat equity" from the family that is to live in the home, Habitat for Humanity will build another low-cost home, to be paid for with a no-interest loan.
