HOT SPRINGS AGAIN GETTING DAILY FLIGHTS

Trans World Express will start two daily round-trip flights from Washington National Airport to Hot Springs Friday. It is the first scheduled air service for the Bath County airport since Presidential Airways went out of business last fall.

A turboprop plane will leave Washington National at 9 a.m., stop at Charlottesville and arrive at Hot Springs at 10:25 a.m., said Jim Faulkner of Trans World.

A non-stop flight will leave Washington at 11:59 a.m. and arrive at 1:10 p.m. A return flight will leave at 10:35 a.m. and arrive at Washington at 11:45 a.m. An afternoon flight will leave Hot Springs at 1:25 p.m., stop in Charlottesville and arrive in Washington at 2:50 p.m. - Staff report
