\ GREGORY J. HALEY, formerly an assistant attorney general for Virginia, has joined the Roanoke law firm of Gentry Locke Rakes & Moore as an associate. Haley is an honors graduate of Hampden-Sydney College. The Roanoke native earned a law degree in 1984 from the College of William and Mary, Marshall Wythe School of Law.
\ DOMINION BANKSHARES CORP. has been named Bobby L. Dobyns as graphic arts officer, Debra J. Holdren as systems officer, and L. Eric Noble as graphic arts officer. Dobyns is a graphic artist, Holdren is a banking systems analyst and Noble is a graphic artist.
\ GERALD W. HENLEY\ and WAYNE D. BEAMAN recently were honored by the Roanoke Area Federal Executives Association during Public Service Recognition Week, May 7-13.
Henley, a claims representative for the Social Security Administration, was named Roanoke Valley Federal Employee of 1990. He is vice chairman of the Citizens Advisory Committee to the Roanoke Department of Social Services, and is a senior arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau of Western Virginia.
Beaman, U.S. Marshal for the Western District of Virginia, was chosen Federal Employee of the Decade of the 80s. He is vice president of the Federal Executives Association.
