MOUNT PLEASANT CLUB ELECTS LIONESS OF YEAR

Claudine A. Meador has been elected Lioness of the Year by the Mount Pleasant Lioness Club.

Meador, a bookkeeper at Radiology Associates of Roanoke, is a charter member of the Mount Pleasant chapter, with 10 years' perfect attendance. She is serving her fourth year as treasurer and is a member of the board.

The chapter recently celebrated its tenth anniversary.
