OVERSTREET, EMMA L.\ Mrs. Emma Lawrence Overstreet, age 86, of Vinton, died Wednesday at her home. She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, and the widow of Earl R. Overstreet. Surviving are a daughter, Anna Marie Wertz, Roanoke; a brother, Frank Lawrence, Wytheville; sisters, Thelma L. Aldridge, Pulaski; Roberta L. Oliver, Vinton; grandchildren, DeAnna Robertson, Amber Powers, Shawn and Kayla Wertz; great-grandchild, Falon Robertson. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's Vinton Chapel at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 30, 1990, with the Rev. Dr. George K. Bowers officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
