HODGE MAY FIND OUT ABOUT JOB TUESDAY

Roanoke County Administrator Elmer Hodge might find out Tuesday whether he'll be offered the job of county executive in Prince William County.

An assistant to Robert Cole, the chairman of the Prince William County Board of Supervisors, said Friday the supervisors might announce the hiring of a new county executive during a meeting scheduled to begin Tuesday afternoon.

Hodge is one of three finalists for the job. He was asked to apply this spring by an executive search consultant working for Prince William County.

The deputy city manager of Aurora, Colo., James Mullen, said earlier this week that he had been discussing an employment contract with the Prince William County supervisors, but hadn't formally been offered the job.
