Corporal Earl Phillip Reid Jr., age 58, of Roanoke, died Friday, June 29,
1990. He was a veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, Rubye
Lee Reid; two grandchildren; two sisters, Peggy Reid and Connie Reid; uncle,
H.J. Reid, all of Lexington. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m.
Tuesday at the John M. Oakey and Son Funeral Home Chapel, Salem.
