Mr. William Robert "Rob" Poindexter, age 29, of 2323 Orange Ave. N.W. died Thursday. Survivors are one daughter, two brothers, Grover Poindexter and Ronnie Poindexter, both of Roanoke; two sisters, Shirley Taylor, Kissimmee, Fla. and Frances Poindexter, Roanoke; brother-in-law, Robert Taylor; Kissimmee, Fla.; sister-in-law, Rosalie Poindexter, Roanoke; a devoted friend, Tuesday Williams; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
