Leafa Williams Johnson, age 77, formerly of Elliston, Va., died Wednesday, July 4, 1990, in a Richmond hospital. She was the widow of Franklin J. (Red) Johnson and is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, O. J. and Mike Willis, Richmond; a son, James K. Johnson, Sacramento, Calif.; a granddaughter, Heather Willis, Richmond; a sister, Akra W. Burton, Burks Mill, Ky. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday from the Elliston Church of God conducted by the Rev. Ronald King with burial in the Shawsville Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday evening at the Richardson-Horne Funeral Home, Christiansburg.
