\ CHRISTIANSBURG - Paul Rudolph Sutphin, age 59, died Thursday, July 5, 1990 in Montgomery Regional Hospital. He had been self-employed in the Mobile Home Industry in New York State. He was an honorary charter member of the Church of the Nazarene in Christiansburg. He is survived by his parents, Hazel Pugh Sutphin and Paul Reece Sutphin of Christiansburg; a son, Paul Randall Sutphin of Alexandria; a sister, Betty S. Thomas of Christiansburg; a brother, James Sutphin of Gaithersburg, Md. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 8, 1990 at the Richardson-Horne Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 p.m. by Mr. Larry Phillips and Mr. Gary Rapp. Interment will follow at the Sunset Cemetery in Christiansburg. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Saturday evening at the Richardson-Horne Funeral Home in Christiansburg.
