\ MARTINSVILLE - William Clifford Anderson, age 90, of 209 Thomas Heights, Martinsville, died Friday at Memorial Hospital, Martinsville and Henry County. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie Nee Anderson. He was born November 6, 1899, in Long Island, N.Y., and was the son of the late Francis A. and Maude Griffin Anderson. Mr. Anderson was retired as sales manager from Texaco, Inc. with 35 years of service. He was past President of West Virginia Petroleum Association. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Martinsville. He is survived by a daughter, Anne Anderson of Martinsville; three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 12:00 p.m. at the graveside. The Rev. Charles Harless will officiate. Interment will be in Monticello Memory Gardens, Charlottesville, Va.
