\ - Ms. Geraldine Patricia (Fox) Lewis, of 325 South Market St., died Tuesday in a local hospital. Survivors include one sister, Elsie Thrasher, Long Island, N.Y.; one brother, Theophous Lewis, N.Y.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. The family will assemble at 325 South Market St., Salem, Va. Arrangements are being made by Hamlar-Curtis Morticians.
