TERRACE, TOWERS THEATERS SOLD

Neighborhood Entertainment Inc., operating as NEI Theatres, has acquired the Terrace movie theaters at Crossroads Consumer Mall and the Towers theaters at Towers Shopping Center in Roanoke.

The Richmond-based company, formerly SKS Enterprises Inc., bought 80 movie screens in 18 Virginia localities and now owns 97 screens, making it the 31st-largest company in its field, a spokesman said. - Staff report
