\ EDEN, N.C. - Mrs. Alice Tiller Attaway, age 63, of Route 3, Willis, Va., died early Sunday at Radford Community Hospital. She was born in Eden, N.C. and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and attended the Galax, Virginia branch. She is survived by her husband, John G. Attaway Sr.; daughter, Mrs. Mary Anne Morse, Blacksburg, Va.; one son, John G. Attaway Jr., King, N.C.; one brother, Paul Tiller, Eden, N.C.; five sisters, Mrs. Aubiere Leffew, Mrs. Bessie Hawkins, and Mrs. Mary E. Taylor, all of Eden, N.C.; Mrs. Claudia Land, Mooresville, N.C.; Mrs. Jean Wilkerson, Jamestown, N.C.; 12 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. at Fair Funeral Home Chapel in Eden, N.C. Burial will follow in the Dan View Cemetery in Eden. The family will receive friends Monday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home and other times at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Leon Eubanks, 923 Carter St., Eden, N.C.
