\ Lora Frances Ferris, age 87, formerly of 604 Elm Avenue, S.E., died Saturday in a local nursing home. Surviving are a sister, Nannie Ferris; a number of nieces and nephews, including Ray Light of Salem. Services will be held at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Charles Hoffler officiating. Interment will follow in Sherwood Burial Park. Friends may call from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Monday at Oakey's Roanoke.
