NO WINNER IN LOTTO

Virginia's Lotto game will have a record $9 million jackpot this week because there was no winner in the Saturday night drawing, a lottery department spokeswoman said Sunday.

The winning numbers for the $6 million prize were 15-17-22-25-26-28.
