MAIL MISDELIVERED, ARRIVES LATE

I GET MAIL from West Virginia that takes as much as three weeks to reach Radford. My mother received a letter from New Castle that arrived 27 days after it was postmarked.

We were told by the Postal Service to bring any more delayed mail to the post office and they'd try to find out the holdup. My mother took her letter, but the postal worker only laughed and said that it was New Castle's fault.

We get mail constantly that doesn't belong to us. Many times I've gotten mail that belongs in the box beside ours. All of this is very aggravating, and now they want to raise the price of stamps. I can only wonder why.
