PRAISES TERMINAL, USAIR'S SERVICE

MY HUSBAND and I recently flew to San Diego and back by USAir. As I have never flown before, I was especially nervous, but USAir's personnel, both at the Roanoke terminal and on the plane, were so friendly and caring that I definitely would fly with them again and feel no anxiety.

Also, after seeing five other air terminals, I have to praise Roanoke's for being so beautiful as well as so conscious of the passengers' needs. It was a pleasure to leave and a great feeling of pride to come home to "our" terminal.
