\ COPPER HILL - Annalene Poff Smith, 75, died Tuesday evening in a Salem hospital. Surviving are her husband, Wilbert Smith, Copper Hill; one daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Nelson Vest, Copper Hill; two sons and daughters-in-law, Larry and Bettye Smith, Copper Hill; Mark and Ginny Smith of Roanoke; four grandchildren, Cindy Poff, Lori Trout, Kirsti Smith, and Traci Smith; one great-granddaughter, Ashley Poff; two sisters, Helen Maxey and Virginia (Jink) Mitchell, both of Elliston. Funeral will be Friday 11:00 a.m. at the Copper Hill Church of the Brethren with the Rev. Frank Wimmer officiating with interment in the Restvale Cemetery. The family will receive friends 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Thursday at Wood Funeral Home, Floyd.
