PATRICK LAWYER ADMITS FAILURE TO REPORT INCOME

A Patrick County lawyer admitted in U.S. District Court in Roanoke that he failed to report $116,971 in income for 1984 and 1987.

Appearing before U.S. Judge James Turk, Arthur A. Anthony III pleaded guilty Monday to two counts of failing to file income tax returns.

Anthony, of Stuart, faces a maximum two years in prison and a $50,000 fine.
