COUNTY GARBAGE ON NARROW CITY ROAD

NARROW, residential Link Road in Bedford city has carried the loud, clanging garbage trucks for Bedford County for 16 years.

The newly chosen county dump site, 3 1/2 miles from the existing landfill, provides for Link Road's continuance as Garbage Alley. Bedford County has 764 square miles - why must the same humans be further abused with the waste problem?

One hopes there is some recourse for this discrimination at a level higher than county politics.
