\ SINGERS are needed for an Agape Jubilee Festival on Aug. 4 at 5 p.m. at Victory Stadium. \ LOWELL LOGWOOD, who has directed choirs at several Roanoke Valley churches, has resigned as music director of Calvary United Methodist Church of Salem. Logwood has not announced his plans.
