ORIGINAL FRAMEWORKS - A MORE CREATIVE APPROACH has opened at Ridgewood Farm Village on Virginia 419 in Salem. The shop is owned by Jay and Tina Rainey, who also have a shop in Blacksburg, formerly known as The Framin' Place. Jane Harvey Sisson is manager.

A full range of custom and specialty framing services is offered, including finish-it-yourself framing. The store is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. The telephone number is 375-2743.

\ ANIMALS MISS YOU is a pet- and house-sitting service operated by Amy L. Kusic from her home at 7070 Old Mill Road S.W.
