EIGHT NAMED TO POSTS WITH GIRL SCOUT COUNCIL

Eight Roanoke Valley residents recently were elected to positions with the Virginia Skyline Girl Scout Council Inc.

Melinda Payne was elected as a member-at-large on the board of directors. Charlotte Porterfield will serve her second term on the Girl Scout board and as chairman of the council nominating committee. Nancy Shepherd was elected to an unexpired term on the board. Cynthia Sherman will serve her second term as a senior Girl Scout member of the board.

The Rev. Michael Enzlow was elected to a complete term on the council nominating committee. Kathleen M. Genaitis will be a delegate, and Mary Dryden and Arlene Rhodes will serve as substitute delegates to the Girl Scouts of the U.S.A. national convention.
