AUG. 11 YARD SALE WILL BENEFIT THE HOMELESS

Raines Real Estate is sponsoring the annual "Great American Yard Sale" Aug. 11, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at 318 N. Main St. in Blacksburg.

Proceeds from the sale will benefit the Better Homes Foundation, a national organization assisting homeless families, and the Montgomery County Community Shelter.

Anyone wishing to donate items or volunteer to help at the sale should call Connie Hedrick at 552-4201.
