\ RURAL RETREAT - Joseph M. Haulsee, age 72, died Tuesday, July 17, 1990, in the Malin Health Care Center, Wytheville, Va. He is survived by his wife, Ruby Haulsee, Rural Retreat; one daughter, Judy King, Rural Retreat; two sons, Bobby Joe Haulsee and David Haulsee, both of Rural Retreat; one stepson, Wayne Wright, Greenville, Tenn.; ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in Seaver-Brown Chapel with the Rev. Eugene Baldwin officiating. Burial will follow in Attoway Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, friends may make donations to the Rural Retreat Rescue Squad. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
