DON'T USE TAX MONEY TO JAIL MURDERERS

WHEN someone commits a vicious and cold-blooded crime of murder and the evidence is without doubt, hang, shoot or fry the guilty. All the tax money used for incarceration, appeals and stays of executions should be used for the people of this country. Instead of new taxes, it's time to cut taxes.
