Betty Miles Jarvis, age 61, of Roanoke, died Friday, July 20, 1990. Surviving are one daughter, Jennifer Jarvis; sister-in-law, Mary Ellen Miles, all of Roanoke; one aunt; one uncle; several cousins. Graveside services will be at the Evergreen Burial Park 10:00 a.m. Monday with the Rev. Mark Radecke and Rev. Linda S. Mitchell officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel where the family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday.
