BLACKSBURG MAN ROBBED AT GUNPOINT

A 32-year-old man was robbed at gunpoint by two men who forced their way into his apartment early Friday, Blacksburg police said.

Police said the victim was at his home in the Foxridge Apartments shortly before 1:30 a.m. when the men, whom he had met briefly at a Blacksburg bar earlier, came in.

They forced him to the floor, tied his hands and blindfolded him. Then they took an undetermined amount of money, two semiautomatic pistols and some household effects.

The victim, who was not identified, was unhurt.

Police said several suspects were being sought.
