Frank E. Haller, 61, retired manager pricing, Norfolk-Southern Railway, died in his home in Fairfax, Va. He retired from the Norfolk-Southern Railway after more than 30 years. He was with the Southern Railway in Washington, D.C. prior to their relocation and merger with the Norfolk & Western. Survivors include his wife, Kate N. Haller; two stepsons, Gary R. Gray, Reston, Va.; David W. Gray, Pompano, Fla.; three grandchildren, Garrett and Chelsea, Reston, Va; David, Pompano, Fla. Mr. Haller will be buried in his home town of Mount Olive, Ill., on July 25. Services will be at 2:00 p.m. at Becker Funeral Home, Mount Olive, Ill. Expressions of sympathy may be done in the form of contributions to the American Heart or Cancer Association.
