WASHINGTON COUNTY NEWS EDITOR NAMED

Dan Kegley will become editor at the Washington County News, a weekly newspaper based in Abingdon, starting Monday.

Kegley was a reporter and later news editor of the Smyth County News in Marion. He was raised in Wythe County and graduated from Emory & Henry College.
