JUDGE DENIES TAPE'S USE IN BRANDO CASE

A police tape made after a fatal shooting at the mansion of actor Marlon Brando cannot be used in court against his son, Christian, who faces a murder charge in the death of his pregnant sister's lover.

Municipal Court Judge Larry Fidler ruled Monday that detectives failed to properly advise the younger Brando of his rights following the May 16 shooting of Dag Drollet, 26.
