OBIT TOLBERT, I.

Mrs Ida Phillips Tolbert, age 59, of Roanoke, died Monday in a local hospital. Surviving are her husband, Emmett R. Tolbert, Jr.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Vickie and Houston Martin, Donna and Roger Artrip; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Emmett R., III and Serena Tolbert, and Ricky D. Tolbert, all of Roanoke; a sister, Kathleen Hoover, Radford; five grandchildren, Carrie Martin, Melissa and Ashley Artrip, Erica and David Tolbert. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's Vinton Chapel 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 26, 1990, with Pastor Wilmar Wegner officiating. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
