A Roanoke firefighter knocks out a burned section of a window frame at the home of Walter Crump. An electrical short in a fan was blamed for a fire that caused $25,000 damage Tuesday afternoon to Crump's home in the 1200 block of Rugby Boulevard Northwest. No one was injured in the blaze.
