OBIT KNUDSEN, L.

Mrs. Lydia M. Knudsen, age 64, died Tuesday, July 24, 1990 in Smyth County Community Hospital. She was preceded in death by a son, Ernie C. Knudsen. She is survived by her husband, Gordon C. Knudsen, Marion; two daughters, Janet Blum, Long Island, N.Y.; and Barbara Knudsen, Richmond; one daughter-in-law, Sandy Knudsen, Chapel Hill, N.C.; three grandchildren, Kirsten, Morgan and Joshua; three sisters, Edna Kebbel, Calif.; Eleanor Nugent, and Margie Pulliam, both of N.Y. Memorial services will be held on Thursday at 4:00 p.m. at Ebenezer Lutheran Church with Pastor James H. Bangle officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday afternoon from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ebenezer Lutheran Church, Marion, Va. Seaver-Brown Funeral Service, Marion, Va. is in charge of the arrangements.
