\ James V. Snow, age 51, of Roanoke, died Thursday. He was an employee of the Department of Rehabilitative Services for twenty-four years. Mr. Snow is survived by his wife, Tobie Anne Snow of Roanoke; two daughters, Julie Anne Snow and Teresa Snow Sutherland, both of Roanoke; two grandchildren, Erin Denise Sutherland and Evan Lee Sutherland of Roanoke; parents, Brewster and Ruby Snow of Natural Bridge Station; a sister, Diana Snow Campbell of Denton, Texas. The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Oakey's South Chapel. A graveside service will be held Saturday in Rockbridge Memorial Gardens in Lexington, Va.
