\ LEXINGTON - Helen Estel Hinkel, age 86, died Thursday, July 26, 1990, at the Mayflower Retirement Home. She was born January 13, 1904, in Lexington and was the daughter of the late James Franklin and Florence Lindsay McManama. She was the widow of Albert March Hinkel. Surviving are one brother, Houston McManama, Roanoke; two sisters, Louise Withers, Buena Vista; Gladys Morgan, Lexington; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. from the Harrison Funeral Home with the Rev. Lee V. Ruckman officiating. Burial will follow in Stonewall Jackson Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the Harrison Funeral Home.
