\ James V. Snow, age 51, of 3891 Hyde Park Dr., Roanoke, died Wednesday, July 25, 1990. He was an employee of the Department of Rehabilitative Services for 24 years. Mr. Snow is survived by his wife, Tobie Anne Snow, Roanoke; two daughters, Julie Anne Snow and Teresa Snow Sutherland, both of Roanoke; two grandchildren, Erin Denise Sutherland and Evan Lee Sutherland, both of Roanoke; parents, Brewster and Ruby Snow, Natural Bridge Station; a sister, Diana Snow Campbell, Denton, Texas. The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Oakey's South Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday in Rockbridge Memorial Gardens, Lexington, Va., with the Rev. Claude Reid officiating.
