MARTIN, RHODA J.\ Mrs. Rhoda Jackson Martin, age 88, of Salem, died Saturday, July 28, 1990. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Cecil and Betty Jo Martin, Columbus, Ohio; daughters and sons-in-law, Sylvia and Hydric Reynolds, Grundy; Frances and Paul Cline, Boones Mill; sister, Florence Old, Roanoke; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; three stepgreat-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the John M. Oakey and Son Funeral Home Chapel, Salem, with the Rev. Bill Atkins officiating. Committal services will at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Speedwell Cemetery, Wythe County, with the Rev. Bob Billingsley officiating. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
