MULLINS, MARTHA L.\ Martha Lewis Mullins, age 94, of 302 West Westview Street, Narrows, died Sunday morning, July 29, 1990. She was born in Wise County, Va. on March 29, 1896, and was the daughter of the late James and Armindie Boggs Lewis. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Golden Group of Narrows. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.J. Mullins, and a son, Robia Mullins. She is survived by two sons, Paul J. Mullins, Narrows; Roger C. Mullins, Alexandria; five daughters, Pauline Mullins and Beatrice Woolwine, both of Narrows; Ruth Burleson, Fort Thomas, Ky.; Helen Thompson, Pearisburg; Alitta LaCarter, Columbia, S.C.; 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Narrows with the Rev. Ralph Kidd officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Narrows. The family will receive friends at Riffe's Funeral Service in Narrows Monday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The family requests that those who will be sending memorials please consider the Memorial Fund of First United Methodist Church, Narrows, Va., 24124.
